2. The Solution

• Dual Sewage Retention System: Customized specifically for humid tropical climates and heavy rainfall, the vehicle features dual large-capacity leachate collection tanks and high-wear-resistant rubber seals to completely eliminate leakage and odor during transit.

• Versatile Bin Lifter Mechanism: Equipped with a rear-mounted hydraulic bin lifter compatible with standard 120L, 240L, and 660L plastic and steel waste containers commonly used across Ghana, significantly reducing manual labor.

3. Implementation & Delivery

• Manufacturing & QC: Every unit underwent rigorous factory testing prior to shipment, including hydraulic pressure tests, compaction cycle timing, and continuous load tests in high-temperature simulations.

• Shipping & Logistics: Shipped via RORO (Roll-on/Roll-off) vessels to Tema Port, Ghana, with smooth customs clearance and local vehicle registration assistance.

• On-Site Training & Technical Support: Our technical service engineers were deployed to Accra to conduct a 3-day comprehensive training program for operators and maintenance staff, covering:
