Recently, Manager Liang and Manager Ma from ZW Group visited the Embassy of Zambia in China to conduct business discussions. They engaged in in-depth dialogue and cooperation talks with embassy officials regarding key topics such as commercial vehicle trade, logistics and transport for mining areas, infrastructure development, and the establishment of after-sales service networks in Zambia and the surrounding regions.

As a professional enterprise with a long-standing presence in the African truck export sector, ZW Group’s visit to the Zambian Embassy marks an acceleration of its efforts to penetrate the Central-Southern African market—a region holding immense potential.
Targeted Efforts: Empowering Efficient Logistics in the "Land of Copper"
Located in south-central Africa, Zambia is rich in natural resources—particularly copper reserves—earning it the title "Land of Copper." Its unique landlocked geography and thriving mining industry create an urgent, high-standard demand for heavy-duty freight trucks, specialized engineering vehicles, and efficient logistics supply chains.
During the meeting, Managers Liang and Ma presented a comprehensive overview of ZW Group’s product portfolio to the embassy officials. Addressing the complex road conditions and high-intensity transport requirements of Zambia's mining areas, the team highlighted customized solutions for heavy-duty trucks and specialized tractor units. They also detailed the Group’s overseas service capabilities, covering areas such as full-lifecycle vehicle maintenance, the supply of genuine spare parts, and technical personnel training.
ZW Group representatives stated:
"Zambia is a vital logistics and mining hub in the Central-Southern African region. ZW Group is committed not only to exporting durable, high-efficiency heavy-duty equipment tailored to local needs but also to establishing a robust after-sales service ecosystem. By ensuring the smooth operation of key local logistics corridors and reducing operating costs, we aim to inject strong momentum into Zambia’s industrial and economic development."
Strategic Collaboration: Exploring New Opportunities for Localization
Embassy officials extended a warm welcome to the ZW Group delegation and highly commended the company’s professionalism and long-term development philosophy regarding the African market. During the meeting, embassy officials provided a detailed overview of Zambia’s latest incentive policies regarding transportation, infrastructure supporting the mining sector, and foreign investment attraction. The embassy noted that the Zambian government is actively modernizing its domestic logistics network and warmly welcomes Chinese enterprises—such as ZW Group, which possesses proven experience in international expansion and robust capabilities in both products and services—to deepen their investment and trade activities in the country.
The two sides also engaged in in-depth discussions and feasibility assessments regarding long-term localization plans. These plans include establishing facilities such as "4S" truck service centers, overseas warehouses for export-oriented spare parts, and regional technical support centers along Zambia’s major transport corridors and near its mining areas.

This visit to the Embassy of Zambia in China marks another pivotal step in ZW Group’s strategy to establish a comprehensive presence across the African continent. Moving forward, ZW Group remains committed to its core principles of "high quality, service excellence, and mutually beneficial growth." Using Zambia as a strategic hub to reach neighboring countries in Central and Southern Africa, the Group aims to write a new chapter in China-Zambia economic and trade cooperation by delivering superior commercial vehicle products and worry-free after-sales support.
