Five categories of special commercial vehicles — every chassis configurable for your route, payload and regulatory environment.

To meet the diverse demands of international infrastructure development, urban sanitation, and cold-chain logistics, ZW Group highlighted four highly competitive models at the exhibition:
1. Heavy-Duty Dump Truck: Featuring a high-strength, wear-resistant cargo box and a reinforced hydraulic lifting system. Its exceptional anti-deformation layout and heavy-load stability earned high praise from mining and construction contractors across the Middle East and Africa.
2. Garbage Compactor Truck: Engineered for modern urban sanitation. This model offers a high compaction ratio, optimized payload capacity, and an advanced wastewater collection system that prevents leakage and secondary pollution, making it a key attraction for municipal procurement teams.
3. Water Tanker / Fuel Truck: Built with premium carbon steel or anti-corrosion aluminum alloy tanks, these vehicles are equipped with high-efficiency pump-in/pump-out systems—serving as indispensable workhorses for overseas mining, road construction, and community logistics.
4. Refrigerated Truck: Utilizing high-density insulated box structures paired with world-renowned refrigeration units. This model demonstrated rapid cooling and reliable temperature control even under extreme Dubai ambient heat, drawing significant attention from cold-chain fleet managers.
Among the highlights of the exhibition, an on-site contract signed with a logistics and engineering company from Dammam, Saudi Arabia, served as a powerful testament to ZW’s brand credibility.
The Saudi client had previously spent months with the ZW team aligning chassis configurations and body specifications online. To perform a final quality evaluation, the client's executives flew directly to the exhibition in Dubai.
At the booth, ZW’s technical experts presented detailed engineering drawings and specialized steel samples, demonstrating how ZW’s unique anti-sand chassis coating and advanced welding processes ensure long-term stability under desert conditions. Impressed by the team’s technical transparency, the client placed a purchase order for 20 rigid trucks on-site and completed the initial payment directly at the booth. The client stated, "ZW delivers more than just durable trucks; they provide a professional solution that perfectly solves our operational pain points in harsh desert environments."

Throughout BIG5 Dubai 2025, ZW Group won extensive praise from global buyers for its robust structural engineering, competitive factory-direct pricing, and strong OEM/ODM customization capabilities. Several major regional distributors have already scheduled visits to ZW’s manufacturing base in China later this year to finalize long-term exclusive dealerships and annual fleet supply agreements.
The success at BIG5 Dubai marks a major milestone in ZW Group’s international strategy. Moving forward, the company will continue to invest in payload weight reduction and fuel-efficiency innovations while accelerating the development of overseas warehouses and localized after-sales networks to provide global clients with comprehensive, lifecycle truck solutions.
