    • Strict Renewal Process: Before shipment, the truck underwent a thorough refurbishment program. Key mechanical components—including the engine, gearbox, hydraulic lifting cylinder, and axle differentials—were fully inspected, serviced, and tested. Critical wear items (filters, seals, and tires) were replaced, and the cargo box was reinforced to ensure immediate job-site readiness.

  • Transparent Inspections & Logistics:
    Hailiey provided Mr. Mbotiri with detailed video walkthroughs, engine diagnostic reports, and operational testing clips of the hydraulic dumping system. She also structured an optimized sea freight itinerary to the port of entry (via Dar es Salaam/Matadi) along with complete export documentation to streamline inland customs clearance into the DRC.
